My significant other and I had a vacation in Maui and we fell in love with the island! We loved it so much that on the last day of our vacation , we started to look in various neighborhoods on the island for homes for sale! He worked non stop with our loan officer, the home seller and her agent making sure the paperwork, appraisal, and fixes were done correctly and in the best interest of all involved in the process! Even after closing, Dev continues to help us with getting workers, recommendations for local non touristy eating establishments, island life in general! He goes above and beyond working with his clients, always answers phone calls, and diligently represents clients best interests! We are proud to call him friend!
